Understanding client priorities, preparing proposals, maintaining communication, and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
Generated more than $1M in sales in 2025 with a 50% close rate. Managed project timelines, deliverables, and client communication from initiation through completion.
Developing estimates for landscape improvements, drainage, planting, and ongoing maintenance based on the property and the client's priorities.
What that involves
Defining the work, documenting materials and quantities, clarifying exclusions, and giving clients a proposal they can understand.
Drainage scopes involving buried downspouts, cleanouts, and discharge locations; planting plans with material quantities; and separate estimates when clients need to evaluate phases independently.
Coordinating day-to-day work across multiple crews and keeping schedules, resources, and client expectations aligned.
What that involves
Planning workflows, tracking progress, adjusting assignments, and addressing scope or scheduling issues as they arise.
Use Service Autopilot for scheduling, documentation, project tracking, and team communication. Translate client requests into clear instructions crews can act on.
About me
I'm based in Northern Virginia and studied Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University. My career started in healthcare before I moved into account management, sales, and project coordination.
I enjoy working with people and having a hand in getting a project from an idea to a finished result. Outside of work, you'll usually find me climbing, biking, hiking, or snowboarding.
Experience
Account Manager
Manage commercial and residential client relationships, develop proposals, and coordinate project operations across multiple crews. Work with leadership to scope new projects and keep delivery aligned with client expectations.
Endoscopy Onsite Specialist
Provided real-time technical support for surgical equipment. Worked with operating room teams to prepare equipment, troubleshoot issues during procedures, and escalate complex problems to engineering.
Anesthesia Technician
Prepared and maintained anesthesia equipment and supplies. Coordinated with clinical teams to support daily procedural schedules and maintained equipment checks and documentation.
